Lead Pastor Curt White
Pastor Curt was born in 1961 to Dale and Muriel White. He was baptized in Jesus Name by Pastor Kirby Tiller and received the Holy Ghost at the age of eight (8) years old. At the age of 17, Pastor Curt began to feel the call of God upon his life. He was 18 years old when he began preaching the gospel. Seeking God’s direction, he entered Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1984.
During his college years, he began a ministry internship under the guidance of Pastor Simeon Young, Sr. In 1981, he successfully completed the entry level ministerial requirements and received a ministerial license with the United Pentecostal Church International, Inc. He was ordained in 1991 by the Indiana District of the United Pentecostal Church International, Inc.
In 1980, he married Linda Woods. They served as youth pastors for several years at Kingshighway in Terre Haute, Indiana. After graduation from college, they travelled in evangelistic work in the United States and Canada. In 1986, they returned to Terre Haute to serve as assistant pastor to their mentor, Pastor Simeon Young, Sr.
In 1991, Pastor Curt and Linda were elected as the pastor at South Gibson Apostolic Church in Owensville, Indiana. In 1993, Pastor Curt joined the pastoral staff at Apostolic Bible Church in Brownsburg, Indiana. In 1995, Linda began serving as the Director of Music at Emmanuel Apostolic Church in Martinsville, Indiana.
In March 1997, Pastor Curt and Linda came to Crossroads Church where they continue to pastor today. Linda directs the music ministry and serves in various leadership capacities.
Pastor Curt and Linda are the parents of four children – Lindsay (1988), Landon (1991), Logan (1996) and Lauren (1999). They have a son-in-law, Brett Crandall, who married Lindsay in 2013 and have two children, Braxton Crandall (2015) and Lennix Crandall (2017). They have a daughter-in-law, Christa, who married Landon in 2015 and have a son, Griz White (2018).
